Natural gas filling stations in Europe 2017-2021
In 2021, compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) filling stations amounted to some 4200 in the European Union. Italy was the country with the most refueling points at a record of 1,571 stations. Cyprus and Malta were the two countries in the European Union that had neither CNG nor LNG refueling points.
