Between March 2020 and February 2021, the interest of Italian online consumers for sport and outdoor products increaed significantly. Compared to the same period of the previous year, online shoppers from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia reported the highest increase in purchase intentions of such products. Consumers from the southern regions of Calabria and Molise followed with 181.8 and 180.4 percent, respectively.
