Reasons for using new mobility services by country 2021
In 2021, 47 percent of respondents globally reported that the reason behind the use of new mobility services is the flexibility to adjust vehicle type to mobility need. In the same period, 36 percent of respondents reported environmental concerns as the reason behind the use of their preferred mobility service.
