When looking at mobile banking usage among groups with different education levels in the United States, it can be observed that households whose reference person was an individual with a higher education are more likely to use mobile banking compared to those with a lower education level. Mobile banking increased in popularity in recent years, with more and more bank customers using mobile banking as their primary method to access their bank accounts. In the United States, the share of banked households using mobile banking as their primary access method reached 43.5 percent in 2021.
