Barriers to healthcare among migrants during COVID-19 in Libya 2021
According to a survey conducted in March 2021, 60 percent of the migrants in Libya found it challenging to access healthcare because it was too expensive. Another 53 percent of them were concerned about contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19) at health facilities, while many did not have the documents to access healthcare services in the country. Moreover, a significant 15 percent of the migrants feared discrimination within healthcare.
