Most valuable mobile banking feature in the U.S. 2021
Mobile banking has become increasingly widerspread worldwide. According to a survey conducted in the United States regarding mobile banking usage in February 2020, the most valuable features used on mobile banking apps were mobile check deposits, statements and account balances views, funds transfers, and bill payments. On the other hand, only eleven percent of respondents indicated peer-to-peer payments as a valuable feature in mobile banking apps.
