Mexico: travelers' motivations to use OTAs 2020

In February 2020, over half of respondents who used online travel agencies (OTAs) in Mexico did it to get the best nightly rate. Also, more than one third of the people surveyed said that they used OTAs to discover great travel deals. Most travelers in the North American country wished for more transparency from booking platforms.
