UK: retail websites with image and voice search

According to the results of a recent study done on the online search functions of the websites of 50 retailers in the United Kingdom (UK), most retail websites did not have image based or voice activated search technology available on their websites. Only four percent of retail websites considered in this research did enable image-based search.

The research was conducted by a Macbook Air using Google Chrome in an Incognito browser and on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G using Google Chrome in an Incognito browser
