Largest deals for data center site sales in Europe 2022

In 2022, there were four major site acquisition deals for data centers in the main European markets. Two of the deals took place in Frankfurt. Only one of the deals had an announced acquisition price: The purchase of the seven acre site on Wilhelm-Fay-Strasse 31-37, Frankfurt from Corum cost the buyer Cyrus one over 95 million U.S. dollars.
