Frequency of hand washing among the French population during Covid-19 pandemic 2020
The pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus led people to review their everyday life. Among the measures promoted by the government to combat the spread of the virus, regular hand washing has been strongly encouraged. While 64 percent of people stated to wash their hands more often than before the first lockdown in France as of October 2020, 31 percent did not change their habits regarding handwashing.
