Number of urban refugees in Nigeria 2021, by country of origin
Urban refugees are refugees that for different reasons live in urban areas instead of camps. Among the most common countries of origin of urban refugees staying in Nigeria, there are Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Cameroon. People from the Central African Republic added up to 716 as of March 2021, the most numerous group. As of 2020, Cameroon was the most frequent nationality of refugees in Nigeria.
