VK Music, a music player that allows users to listen to audios on the Russian social network VK (VKontakte), was the highest earning music app in Russia, with a revenue from in-app purchases of nearly 4.5 million U.S. dollars in 2023. It was followed by another streaming app, Yandex Music, Books & Podcasts, whose earnings were measured at around 2.9 million U.S. dollars. The third leading app in the ranking YouTube Music.
