COVID-19 impact small businesses adoption of technology India 2020

In a survey among small businesses in India between November and December 2020, more than 80 percent of respondents said that digital payment technologies generated more than ten percent of their sales. Around 33 percent increased their investment in technology as the response to the coronavirus.
