Opinion of French restaurants about the durability of online deliveries 2020

In a context that is more uncertain than ever and where restrictions have a great impact on the daily lives of restaurants, a new restaurant model is imposed. This model consists of online orders and brings in the heads of establishments to ask the question if the trend will prevail after the COVID-19 crisis. Thus, a third of restaurant owners or managers who do not deliver still believe that traditional catering takes will take the lead. However, more than 65 percent of those who have offered delivery services for more than six months and those who offered them since the confinement, express that it will now be integrated into many business models in the sector.
