Online vs offline pharmacy shopping behavior in Russia 2020, by age

In 2020, the majority of Russian consumers among all age groups preferred shop for medications offline. Those aged 60 years and older comprised the largest share of offline shoppers, as per 55 percent of the polled audience. To compare, 17 percent of Russians aged between 25 and 34 years shopped for pharmaceuticals mainly via the internet.
