Despite of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic restrictions and impact in 2020, 61 percent of respondents surveyed for this study expected the M&A activity to increase in Romania in the next 12 months. Only 19 percent of respondents expected a decrease.
What trend in M&A activity do you expect to see in Romania in the next 12 months?
Over 70% of respondents are investors, or legal and financial advisors. Other survey contributors are business owners and individuals from top management positions who have in-depth knowledge of current positions and rends in the market.
