Online behaviors of consumers during COVID-19 in the United Kingdom 2021
According to a survey conducted in February 23-27, 2021, 41 percent of the respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) claimed using online streaming more since COVID-19 started, while five percent of the respondents said they have just started using online streaming in the midst of the pandemic. The use of videoconference for professional purposes increased as well since the start of the pandemic, with 11 percent of respondents using it more and a further share of 11 percent of respondent who just started using it.
