Expected changes in spend for travel among consumers in China 2020
The results of a survey conducted in November 2020 among Chinese consumers revealed that nearly two out of five respondents would likely spend less on travel in the following six months. This percentage was lower than the global average of approximately 45 percent of respondents who expected a decrease in their travel expenses. On the other hand, 27 percent of Chinese respondents expected an increase in their travel spends in the next half year.
