According to a study from April 2020 on media consumption in the United Kingdom, adults spent an average of two hours and 37 minutes watching TV per day in 2019. In the same year, the daily time spent watching digital videos only reached one hour and 25 minutes. However, overall the time spent with TV seems to be decreasing over the years, while the time spent consuming digital video has steadily increased.
