In 2021, over 80 percent of Canadian consumers had shopped both in-store and on the web in the past 12 months. In other words, Canadians were shopping roughly equal amounts offline, as well as online that year. The gap was largest between boomers, who were still slightly more inclined to shop in physical outlets.
