COVID-19 impact on curbside pickup usage in the U.S. 2019-2020
According to findings of a consumer survey, US shoppers were keen to use curbside pickup, sometimes also known as "Buy Online Pick up In-store (BOPIS)" offer during the COVID-19 than in pre-pandemic times. The combination of purchasing beauty online and minimized physical contact has led to a 55 percent share of shoppers agreeing to using it more. This was followed by 32 percent of shoppers stating that the convienient offer hasn't affected their use, while 13 percent of respondents haven't had more use of it.
