Administrative services usage rate South Korea 2012-2022
In 2022, about 99.1 percent of South Korean citizens used administrative services of the South Korean government, showing an increase compared to the previous year. While the usage rate in 2012 was around 89 percent, the development thereafter shows that almost all citizens used the service.
