Online influencers had a vital role in affecting purchasing decisions of consumers in Kenya. Some 95 percent of respondents confirmed having been directly or indirectly persuaded by digital influencers while making purchases. On the other hand, only five percent of respondents denied the role of influencers in their decision-making.
