According to a February 2021 study, 28 percent of surveyed travelers worldwide made use of travel agent apps before the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, whereas about 21 percent of the survey sample claimed to use such apps since the start of the health crisis. That being said, 33 percent of respondents expected to use travel agent apps for future travels.
