Intention of using food sharing services in Japan 2020
The majority of Japanese consumers had not used a food sharing service, according to a survey conducted from September to November 2020 in Japan. While around 50 percent of respondents had no experience with food sharing services, they voiced their interest in the concept to reduce food waste.
