A survey conducted among Australian social shoppers revealed that Facebook was the most used social commerce platform in 2023, at 58 percent of respondents. Instagram took second place at 40 percent respectively. Whereas Facebook was more popular among Gen X, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok were trendy among the younger generations.
