A 2023 survey among Australian online businesses disclosed that credit card was the most offered digital payment method, at around 76 percent of respondents, followed by debit cards with 65 percent. Meanwhile, around 59 percent of surveyed businesses offered PayPal. Less than a third of surveyed businesses offered payment services such as Apple Pay and GooglePay at the time of survey.
