Share of consumers using tablets for online purchases in Australia 2017-2020

A survey among over one thousand Australian consumers revealed that around 17 percent of respondents used tablets for online shopping in 2020. The year-on-year percentage of online shopping tablet use dropped almost by half, from 32 percent in 2019 to 17 percent in 2020. The percentage of respondents making online purchases or payments with desktops steadily declined in the span of four years.
