Mobile money usage in Kenya since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020

In November 2020, the majority of respondents in Kenya reported an increase in the use of mobile money since the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Some 51 percent used the service with more frequency in the country, while 40 percent indicated the usage of mobile money decreased.
