Weekly turnover of pedestrian Drives during confinement in France 2020
Already a pioneer on the Drive in the early 2010s, France is seeing the development of this new distribution method, the pedestrian Drive, which, beyond a simple online circuit, is muddying the waters by competing head-on with store in city centers in general. Looking at the average weekly turnover value of pedestrian Drives before, during and after the confinement period, the lockdown has proven to be fruitful for this "phygital" (physical and digital) shopping method, reaching more than 11,000 euros in weekly average revenue.
