By the end of 2020, the intent to purchase in-store in India was the highest for household goods at 62 percent. Similarly the intent to purchase in-store was high among grocery and medicine products. The intent to get online purchased household goods delivered is particularly low, with only 12 percent. The intent to pick-up online purchased goods is higher among clothing and footwear, electronics, and restaurants or take-outs with more than 30 percent.
