Banking return on equity in Angola 2020-2021
In December 2021, Angola's banking industry registered an improvement in return to equity (ROE), which increased to 26.7 percent. That meant Angolan banks made more profit. The indicator is calculated by dividing net income by shareholder equity and indicates how efficiently assets are used to generate profit. During the period observed, ROE fluctuated and peaked in January 2021 at 34.7 percent.
