Consumer view on switching mortgage lender for a better deal Australia 2023
According to a November 2023 survey among Australian consumers, just shy of 10 percent of respondents had successfully switched to a new mortgage lender. Around 19 percent of consumers reportedly had no intention of switching their mortgage provider because they already were on a good interest rate.
