A survey on vaccinations against coronaviris (COVID-19) conducted in Indonesia in 2020 found that 61 percent of respondents who lacked trust in the effectiveness of the Sinovac vaccine were between 35 and 44 years old. Indonesia began its mass coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination campaign in January 2021 and has approved the Chinese Sinovac vaccine for emergency purposes.
