The figures were much lower for eGrocery and ePharma sectors, at 607 million and 198 million orders, respectively.

The source defined the segments as follows:
- eGrocery includes all sales of online stores and delivery services of food products, except food sales through general and multi-category online stores and marketplaces.
- ePharma includes all online sales of pharmacies, excluding sales of pharmaceuticals through non-specialized platforms, online stores and marketplaces.
- Large general marketplaces include those in the top 20 online sellers and conducting sales in the marketplace model, such as Wildberries, Ozon, Aliexpress Russia, and Yandex.Market.
