Main obstacles for productivity among remote employees in Canada 2021
According to a study conducted among Canadian employees in 2021, there were several reasons why some employees became less productive while working from home. The most common reason was the lack of interactions with colleagues, which was pointed out by 21.7 percent of the employees in Canada. Another important reason among remote workers who accomplished less work per hour at home than in the office was the need to take care of children or other family members, indicated by 19 percent of workers.
