In 2022, the index of all industry production (IAIP) in South Korea reached 110.1 points, up 4.8 percentage points from the previous year. While the index value has risen steadily since 2011, it suffered a slump in 2020, due in no small part to the outbreak of COVID-19 and its accompanying economic consequences.
