In 2020, the total funding of the edtech company BYJU'S amounted to 2.32 billion US dollars and is therefore the most funded edtech company in India. In contrast, other companies such as unacademy, Vedantu, Eruditus, or toppr show fundings of less than one sixth compared to BYJU's funding. Most other companies received less than a hundred million US dollars for funding.
