Opinions on healthiness of cooked food and raw food in China 2021
A survey among 747 consumers in China revealed that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) profoundly influences Chinese perceptions of raw food and cooked food. As traditional Chinese medicine endorses diets including cooked food, almost two thirds of respondents believe that cooked food is better for the health than raw food. Meanwhile, only a minority of around seven percent of respondents believe otherwise.
