The Asian country that spent the most on programmatic advertising in 2019 was Japan, with a 64.1 percent share of all spend in the region. Indonesia in second place had a 7.9 percent share while India had 7.7 percent. Australia and South Korea were two other countries in the top five spenders which in total accounted for nearly 90 percent of the entire Asian-Pacific programmatic advertising spend that year.
