This is likely due to the fact that managing multiple cloud services is a task in which many complexities are involved. For this reason, organizations value support in managing their clouds.

*Respondents represent organizations that had at least some portion of their information technology environment in the public cloud. Respondents were IT directors and above at organizations with more than 500 employees. Respondents represent selected industries: financial services, manufacturing, telecom/media, healthcare; retail/consumer goods. Respondents come from 14 countries.
