Food considered as most unhealthy among respondents in China 2021
According to a survey among 747 Chinese consumers, fried food and street food products were considered most harmful to health, corresponding with an overwhelming majority of almost 99 percent. Cured meat, a type of processed food usually included in family meals and a must-have New Year’s dish, is also regarded as unhealthy by more than 98 percent of respondents.
