In 2022, an average of 426 thousand zloty was spent on purchasing an apartment in Poland's primary market, while 364 thousand zloty was spent on the secondary market. The average price of a single residential unit with an area of 40.1 to 60 sqm was 370 thousand zloty for the primary market and 340 thousand zloty for the secondary market.
