In 2020, Singapore scored top scores in the population close to test areas and digital adoption variables in the consumer acceptance pillar that comprise one fourth of the Autonomous Vehicle Readiness Index (AVRI). This crowns Singapore as the leader in terms of AV consumer acceptance. The AVRI help measure a country's preparedness for autonomous vehicles or driverless cars.
