Elementary school personnel who had to teach during COVID-19 in Norway 2020

As a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), around 50 percent of all elementary schools in Norway had to make use other personnel for teaching purposes such as pedagogues, nursery school teachers, and the like. In detail, Norwegian elementary schools reported over 7.4 thousand employees, who are not teachers, but were working as teachers during autumn 2020. This was especially the case in public schools, while the tendency was less prevalent in private schools.
