Delivery & fulfillment options implemented in the U.S. 2020

Two-day delivery was the most popular delivery option among U.S. retailers in 2020, a survey revealed. While 64 percent of the surveyed retailers offered this option, 28 percent of them implemented, but weren't fully satisfied with it. Furthermore, order fulfillment through Buy Online Pick In Store (BOPIS) was implemented by 60 percent of U.S. retailers, but it needed improvement in 24 percent of cases.
