Number of Maisons du Monde stores in France 2019-2020
Maisons du Monde is a French retailer, furniture and decoration company. Since the opening of its first store in 1996 in Bordeaux, the company's network of boutiques has expanded significantly. At the end of 2020, the distributor had 228 stores in France, compared with seven fewer at the beginning of 2019. However, it should be noted that while the brand had opened twelve new stores between the first and last quarters of 2019, reaching the number of 233 stores at the end of 2019, there had been six store closures between this period and the end of 2020.
