In the United States, a higher proportion of venture capital (VC) firms had one or more female partners in 2019 than in 2018. In 2019, 31 percent of firms had one or more female partners, two percent higher than the previous year. Additionally, a higher proportion of VC firms had two or more female partners in 2018 than in 2019. In 2019, 14 percent of firms had two or more female partners, while only seven percent of firms reported this in 2018.
