Perceived benefits of a cashless society in Taiwan 2020
According to a 2020 survey among consumers living in Taiwan, a non-cash society's key benefit would be hassle-free. About 63 percent of the respondents also believed that cashless payments allowed better financial record trackability. Another two important factors were greater environmental friendliness and greater efficiency.
