According to a global survey published in 2021, 81 percent of respondents affirmed to judged parents. The most popular reasons why non-parents judged parents were related to behavioral aspects. Some 59 percent of parents stated to do so for how parents managed their children's behavior. This was particularly high in the United States. Moreover, the second most common reason was the way their children behave, indicated by 57 percent of respondents.
